Mrs Tamplin and Mrs Collins would like to welcome you to our class.

We aim to provide all pupils with fun, engaging and enriching learning activities. We will help support each other, be kind, share, celebrate and be inspired by each other’s success.

Please provide your child with a healthy snack for mid-morning, e.g., a piece of fruit or vegetable pieces, or you can send in £1 to receive fruit snack for the week.

All children will require a refillable drinks bottle that they will be able to replenish with water throughout the day. ONLY water is permitted during class time.

We spend a lot of our learning time outside.

Please ensure your child has the appropriate clothing and protection to be outside whatever the weather!

Every Thursday our class will go to our Forest School area to take part in a range of activities to develop our understanding of the natural world, working on our own and with our friends, trying new things and having fun in the outdoor space.

Your child can bring in their own wellies, waterproof coat and trousers on a Thursday. We also have some spare sets in school that they can use.

Please ensure that all belongings and clothing is labelled with your child's name.

Try to read for 20 minutes each day.

Return your reading book each week on a Friday.

New books will be sent home on a Monday.

Our P.E sessions are on a Monday.

Please come to school wearing your school P.E. kit. Children will need trainers/daps, white t-shirt and navy shorts or jogging trousers.

Each half term topic themed tasks will be set by your class teacher using Just2Easy via Hwb.

You can access the online learning platforms that we use in school at home too! You will need your individual log in information sheet to access them.

If you have misplaced yours please ask for another copy.
